Refund Policy

Credit pack refunds

Photo Text Editor at phototexteditor.org sells one-time credit packs for AI image editing. We do not sell subscriptions. Waffo Pancake processes payments, and you must be at least 18 years old to buy a pack. Current pack details and prices are on the pricing page.

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any credits from that pack.

Once you use credits from a pack, it no longer qualifies for this unused-pack refund. The rule applies to the pack you want refunded.

Failed AI edits

If an AI edit fails, the edit allowance or credits it used are returned automatically.

This also applies when a failed edit used your daily free AI allowance. Returning an edit allowance or credits is separate from refunding the payment for a pack.

How to request a refund

Email support@phototexteditor.org with the email address used for your order to request a refund.

We will check the purchase date and whether any credits from that pack have been used, then email you the outcome. Do not include your password or payment card details.

Account closure and your rights

Closing your account does not itself request a refund. Send a refund request to the email address above if your pack meets the conditions.

This policy does not limit refund rights you have under applicable consumer law. See the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy for the rules on account restrictions, notice and appeals.
